International returns are at the customer’s own expense. On your parcel please state ‘Return of Goods’ on the customs declaration form, which is provided by the local post office or the courier you choose to return your items with. Failure to do this will result in you being liable for the customs costs.
ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, AND SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
We do not offer money back returns. Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. Please allow 5 business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout. Your item must arrive back to us within 16 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and issue you an online credit (minus shipping fees.)
TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. WE WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RETURN WITHOUT A TAG.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we will not be able to locate the order to issue a credit.
Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned.

Envy Glams Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered at or to/delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.
If your package is held at the post office more than likely custom fees are due. You would need to cover the fees in order to retrieve the package. If the package is sent back to us we will notify you to reattempt delivery. At that time we cannot cancel nor credit the order, as it would’ve fell well outside the allowable days. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
