Return Policy

ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, AND SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Online orders will not be honored in store for exchange or in-store credit. Online returns will be issued an online credit.

We do not offer money back returns. Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout.

Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.

Your item must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and issue you an online credit (minus shipping fees.)

TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. WE WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RETURN WITHOUT A TAG.

Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we will not be able to locate the order to issue a credit.

Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned.

Once the returned package arrives to us a member of our return department will inspect and issue an online credit within 5 business days.

To initiate a return please use the MAKE A RETURN tab at the bottom of our website and select the items you are requesting to receive credit for. You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Complete the return process on our website and then proceed to ship it back to us. Items must be sent back to Envy Glams Boutique within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Envy Glams Boutique and product tags attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number, and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Merchandise purchased online can be returned to our warehouse location address is below. Any item not received in good conditions, free of ALL ODORS, stains, and damages will NOT be accepted and customers will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them. Any unaccepted store credits that have not had the reshipping fees paid within 30 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. No exceptions. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PACKAGES TO THE STORE ADDRESS. THIS WILL SIGNIFICANTLY DELAY PROCESSING.

All in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store. If we suspect a customer of WARDROBING, or wearing the items and sending them back no credit will be issued and they will be blocked from our site.

Exchanges

At Envy Glams Boutique, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.

Processing

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-15 business days to process your store credit. 15-25 during holiday seasons. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers the original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue credit for packages if the customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned the package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customer's security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. We are not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.

Final Sale Items

Non-Returnable, No Exceptions

All items found in the Sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable. Masks are considered accessories as they are in that category and are also final sale.
